1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Chess Coach ("the App"), provided by Chess Coach Team ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Chess Coach is a training application designed to help users improve their chess skills through puzzles, AI practice, and analysis tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

The App offers premium features available through monthly or yearly subscription plans.

  • Payment Processing: All subscription payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store (for iOS users) or Google Play Store (for Android users). We do not store or process your financial information directly.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellations: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings at any time.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the respective app stores (Apple or Google).

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Providing accurate and complete information during registration.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, code, and training materials within the App are the property of Chess Coach Team or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial training purposes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • Use any automated systems (bots, spiders, etc.) to access the service.
  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of our systems.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CHESS COACH TEAM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Chess Coach Team operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
